What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

• your name, company, email address and phone number
• site details such as the shopping centre or site name, address, hoarding type, frontage length, ceiling or bulkhead height and required installation date
• photos or plans you upload or send us
• any project details you include in your message, phone call or email

Photos and plans should show the site only. Please avoid uploading images that clearly show members of the public.

We do not ask for sensitive information and we do not need it to quote. Please do not include it in your enquiry.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you through our quote form, by phone, by email or on site. Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site measure and prepare a quote
• to plan, deliver and invoice the work you engage us for
• to meet our legal, safety and insurance obligations

We will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information where needed to do the work or where the law requires it, for example with:

• our website and form provider (Netlify), which stores form submissions on our behalf
• suppliers, printers or subcontractors working on your project
• shopping centre management or councils where approvals are needed for your site
• our accountants, insurers and professional advisers

Overseas disclosure

Our website host and form provider stores data on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. Our website also loads fonts from Google, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect your information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
